Shipping
Orders placed by 12pm (EST) Monday-Thursday usually ship the same day. Orders placed on Friday will usually ship the following Monday. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
**Note: If expedited shipping options are selected and the order is placed after 12pm it will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 8:30 am(EST) will usually ship on Monday.
Returns Policy
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a 50% restocking fee along with the return shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will replace and/or give a full refund including shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of receiving your returned package, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly depending on the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. In most cases (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us at support@generalpartitions.com and include your order number, or simply ship the products back to us at 1702 Peninsula Drive Erie, PA 16505 and please include Attn:Hardware Returns. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
